Shaw Laminate Flooring - Benefits of Versalock

Shaw Laminate Flooring Collections

Shaw Laminate Flooring
Shaw laminate flooring is part of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. which currently has its head office in Georgia. The fact that Shaw laminate flooring is backed by a global and well established company that is also the forerunner of the carpet and rug industry says a lot about the quality of products offered.

The laminate section has only been running for just over two years but the Brand is quickly establishing itself in the market and it already is offering multitudes of patterns and designs - stone, wood and other surface materials. Shaw goes a step further and gives consumers the choice to opt for the non-glue or standard fitting floor options and has placed warranties on many of their collections.

One of the biggest selling products is the Shaw VersaLock Laminate flooring which is conducive to quick painless installation. The laminates are simply locked on all four sides without the need for any adhesives, which makes for a very clean and dry time free installation. Homeowners can also rest easy knowing this installation technology is moisture proof and can allows the floor to be conveniently uprooted if necessary.

The Shaw laminate flooring warranty? - What does this exactly cover though?

The warranty itself comes into effect from the day the product is bought and guarantees against the following:

1. The floor surface will not mark / stain

2. The topmost layer of the floor that contains the veneer / high resolution image will not wear through.

3. Most patterns / designs fade with continued light exposure - this will not be the case with Shaw laminates whether it is artificial of natural light they are exposed to.

4. There will be no faults resulting from the production processes.
